Elementary School Curriculum

Kindergarten through 5th grade students learn in a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment. Our students feel free to express themselves and are fully engaged while learning.

As students at Guardian Angels, they have many opportunities to learn in varying ways, such as listening to a lecture, watching a video, engaging in conversations, and sharing their life experiences. Our students are valued for being who they are, and our classrooms are conducted so that each child will shine.

With an emphasis on a faith-filled learning environment, students are encouraged to be Christ-like in their actions and follow the Gospel teachings. Our teachers are state-certified, and many are obtaining or pursuing master's programs. Continuing education is a must for all certified teachers, and the guidelines established by the Diocese of Camden and the state of NJ are strictly adhered to. Our school's methodology is based on education without emphasizing Common Core standards. Students who excel in math are offered challenging educational opportunities in our Advanced Math program.
